Making this record was the result of the talent that could be found nowhere else but in Nashville, Tennessee!
I want to give recognition to the musicians and producer that made the release of ‘Right Now’ an incredible experience with great memories embedded in every song.
Cliff Goldmacher was the engineer and producer of the project. I learned to trust his instincts and he eventually learned to ignore mine—it was a perfect match!
Cliff has an amazing attention for detail and precision and when something didn’t ‘sound right’ we did it over until our (my) ears were happy! Watching him work was a production of it’s own. Meet Cliff at www.cliffgoldmacher.com.
Jeff Roach (keyboards) and Dave Francis (upright bass) always worked as a team.
They charted the songs and played off each other like a well-oiled machine. Jeff had us laughing constantly with his impressions of characters such as Hank on King of the Hill or some commercial. Jeff has been around the block once or twice and has worked with icons to include Sheryl Crow, Hunter Hayes, Amy Grant, Ne-Yo, Martina McBride, John Rich, Carrie Underwood and a million more!

Dave Francis extraordinaire is a regular in the Nashville studio scene as an all-round electric and upright bass player. Dave is also an accomplished vocalist and acoustic guitar player and is best known for his work with LeRoy Parnell, and now, Corley Roberts! (sorry Dave but it’s my website).

The beautiful Andrea Zonn, violinist and vocalist, played violin and viola and sang background vocals. A genuine soul and so talented—I liked her right away!
Andrea currently tours with James Taylor and started her musical stint in 1990 when she joined Vince Gill’s band and continued to perform with the band even as she collaborated with such luminaries as Lyle Lovett, Alison Krauss, and Trisha Yearwood. Andrea currently has the esteemed position on Corley’s pedestal.

Jason Eskridge. Jason Jason Jason. What a beautiful man with a beautiful voice! Jason has served as a studio vocalist for such acts as Lyle Lovett, Randy Travis, Jonny Lang, Nicole C. Mullen, and has traveled opening or singing backup for Lyle Lovett, Nicole C. Mullen, eLi, Micah Dalton, Grits, Knowdaverbs, and Pigeon John.
Jason came into the studio, listened to the tunes, and knew exactly what he wanted to do and that worked out great because it also was exactly what we wanted too!
You can find Jason anywhere on the Internet just type his name! I picked this one because it has his bio.

Sally ‘the amazing’ Barris sang background vocals on this record to include the title song ‘Right Now’ which made it one of my favorites! Sally is soft spoken with loud amazing talent. She is considered an A-list Nashville songwriter and has had songs covered by such top-level artists as Kathy Mattea, Martina McBride, and Lee Ann Womack. Her song “Let The Wind Chase You”, recorded by Trisha Yearwood and Keith Urban, received a Grammy nomination for vocal collaboration in 2009!
Sally is also a dynamic teacher and coach and has served as my ‘song coach’ since I met her in 2011. If you like the song chances are it’s a ‘Sally coached’ song. If you don’t care much for it, I probably ignored her advice!

His foremost endeavor is recording for artists, jingles, and TV, although he does a variety of live TV and stage work for ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox, Disney, CMT, and the Dick Clark company, as well as countless jingles and record projects. Kerry played some beautifully subtle parts that brought the song home! Meet Kerry at http://www.kerrymarx.com.
Glen Caruba. His name even sounds like his talent. Percussion. Glen has an innate understanding of percussive styles with heartfelt musicianship and you can hear it in the songs. I had only one rule: no tambourines. He obliged.
Glen’s onstage performance is a long list and includes acts like Jimmy Buffett, Sara Evans, Steve Forbert, Toby Keith, Barry Manilow, and Trisha Yearwood.
